The cost is $6 per DVD plus a shipping charge, which varies by the speed of delivery selected. I couldn’t figure out how, using CreateSpace, to order all 3 DVDs. I could place one in my shopping cart, but then couldn’t locate where to find the other 2. I want to order all 3 videos using my charge card.
