Both of the first 2 videos were wonderful: clear goals for the videos and and clear outlines of how the lessons progressed. For each section of instruction, the teachers were interviewed and there was narration to describe the process along with videotaping of the actual teacher instruction and student practices. This is very helpful for the components of lesson planning and for making sure teachers plan for guided and scaffolded practices for the students.

Thanks! Very useful presentation on lesson planning. (I usually work with intermediates & it was good for me to see how much scaffolding is needed & possible with low beginners. There were points that were directly applicable too.) Looking forward to the next videos!
